According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan from December 12, 2018 "On Measures for Further Development Systems of Technical Regulation, Standardization, Certification and Metrology ", it has been stated that from January 1, 2019  
-Certificates or Test Reports issued by Certification Bodies of countries which are full member of the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) and International Accreditation Form (IAF),
- specialized and agricultural machinery, technological equipment and spare parts and spare parts which are not manufactured in the Republic of Uzbekistan importing for own production needs of Entrepreneurs which has less than 50% State capital in their charter,    
-non-food raw materials, materials and products used in production of the products subject to mandatory certification 
will be exempted from mandatory certification.
