An online meeting was held with Maria Shabalina, Coordinator of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) for Europe and Central Asia.

An online training seminar on ISO 37001:2016 was organized within the framework of the project "Support for Reforms in the National Quality Infrastructure" in cooperation with the Federal Physical and Technical Institute of Germany (PTB), the Agency for Technical Regulation, the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade and Uzbekistan Embassy in Germany.

An online meeting was organized with the participation of the Agency for Technical Regulation of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade, the American Chamber of Commerce in Uzbekistan and representatives of Mars Wrigley, Nestle, Coca Cola companies.

         On February 1-3 of the current year, an online training-seminar was organized in cooperation with the Technical Assistance and Information Exchange instrument of the European Commission (TAIEX), the Ministry of investment and foreign trade and the Agency for Technical Regulation.

On January 25 of the current year, the Uzbek Agency for Technical Regulation held a meeting with Tanaka Koichi, project expert of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and advisor of the Ministry of Energy and representatives of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

On January 21, 2017, in cooperation with the Agency for Technical Regulation of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of foreign affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Ukraine, an online meeting was organized with the participation of representatives of the embassy of the Ukraine in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the state service for food safety and consumer protection of the Republic of Ukraine, the Ukrkondprom Association.

          As a result of the attention paid in our country in recent years to the development of production in the field of electrical engineering, the development of new types of products has significantly increased production and exports.

On August 4 of the current year an online dialogue was held on the implementation of the Technical Cooperation Program signed with the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO).

On July 05 of the current year, an online meeting was held with  Afghanistan National Standards Authority (ANSA).

On June 28 of this year, the 6th meeting of the Joint Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Turkey was held in Tashkent.
